The Agency:

McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) attracts and places recruitment talent at all levels from billing recruitment consultants and branch managers to senior executive/ director/ MD level across the recruitment industry covering a wide range of recruitment sectors and we have recently celebrated 30 years of business.

Our style is very hands-on, we sit in an open plan office alongside our other recruitment agencies within the Empresaria family, and we enjoy getting involved in all aspects of the business. We're actively hiring in our London office (EC1A 4HJ) and we're open to speaking with people already working in recruitment or with people in sales looking to start a career in recruitment. We're looking to grow headcount and expand our offering to our clients and candidates.

The Role:

This role requires an excellent communicator, someone who is confident dealing with both candidates and clients and who has the ability to assess situations in an efficient and effective manner. A successful Rec2Rec recruitment consultant needs to be able to capitalise on opportunities within a fast-paced environment and be flexible and adaptable in their approach.

• Achieving quarterly and annual Gross Profit targets
• Working to pre-defined targets
• Advertising live roles using social media, job boards and other tools
• Resourcing candidates; utilising database, social media, and job boards
• Screening (quality management & role match) and submission of CV’s
• On-going client and candidate relationship management
• Maintaining internal database with up-to-date information
• Building a network within your specialist vertical
• Generating leads and opportunities to support sales/ candidate pipeline
• Gaining market intelligence
• Preparing and supporting candidates for interview

In return you’ll receive all the tools and support needed to be a successful recruitment consultant. You’ll be supported every step of the way and you will receive ongoing (classroom and on the desk) training by our Learning and Development Manager and experienced Senior Leadership Team.
