This client is working exclusively with McCall . This company has recently launched and has acquired very strong financial backing and as a result they are now hiring – they are looking for people who can build new divisions for them across Professional Services recruitment i.e. Digital – Energy – HR – Legal – Procurement – Life Sciences. You must have a track record of building teams and also be willing to do some hands on billing. In return you will be supported by a robust infrastructure and support and you will be GIFTED EQUITY as well as a good basic salary and a commission structure that pays up to 40%. This would suit some one who has always wanted to build their own recruitment business but who does not want to have to sacrifice financially.
