I am looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter who has worked both Agency and In-House, to join a Tech Ed specialist and support them in-house with their growth plans.

This will be working closely with the company VP and Stakeholders to grow the business considerably in size. Placing a range of Technology roles.

Initially this will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract which could lead to a wider Talent Role through out the Business.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Proven track record of results including through direct sourcing strategies and familiarity with internet search tools.

  • Experienced technology recruiter within tech sector, preferably within EdTech and/or SaaS

  • Skilled at partnering with hiring managers in diverse locations including APAC and North America, to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships.

  • Excellent skills in writing, communicating, negotiating and professional presence.

  • Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced and agile environment to deliver against company hiring goals
