In-House Tech Recruiter
Up to £70k
I am looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter who has worked both Agency and In-House, to join a Tech Ed specialist and support them in-house with their growth plans.
This will be working closely with the company VP and Stakeholders to grow the business considerably in size. Placing a range of Technology roles.
Initially this will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract which could lead to a wider Talent Role through out the Business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of results including through direct sourcing strategies and familiarity with internet search tools.
Experienced technology recruiter within tech sector, preferably within EdTech and/or SaaS
Skilled at partnering with hiring managers in diverse locations including APAC and North America, to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships.
Excellent skills in writing, communicating, negotiating and professional presence.
Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced and agile environment to deliver against company hiring goals
