Immediate starts/online interviews for this Boutique Healthcare Consultancy who are currently looking for a Manager to oversee a successful team as well as consultants purely due to growth for this specialist public sector recruiter. You will be responsible for overseeing this temp and perm based multi-discipline business and lead and develop a successful team of Consultants. Consultant roles available also due to growth who will inherit existing/warm desks.
Candidates will have previous recruitment management experience ideally within the healthcare sector and will possess account management / business development skills; with the ability to manage, develop and motivate an established team through leading by example; and will have the initiative and vision to develop the business further. Consultants ideally must have healthcare/public sector experience to add value to this thriving business.
