McCall is retained on an exclusive basis by a market leading Life Science recruitment agency in Amsterdam. The business has a strong reputation in the market and has some very exciting growth plans. In order to assist with this they are looking for someone to lead their Business Development function. You will need to come from a recruitment agency background and enjoy the BD part of your role. Life Sciences is a very dynamic and fast growing market and at present most of the clients are in Benelux however the company is looking to expand across EMEA and then globally to include America. You must either be based in Holland or happy to relocate to Holland (when we are able to travel again). The revenue stream is a mixture of contract and retained perm work.
