Director / Head of Europe

Basic c£70-80k

As Head of Practice you will initially focus on billings and building out our client base across Europe. You will then grow your team and continue to lead from the front, developing client relationships across the Financial Services and Commerce & Industry markets. We have a large platform of clients and we would like to build on this. You will be coaching and mentoring your team, who will all dual desk. You will be supported by the Group CEO with growth plans while holding total management autonomy. 

 

What we are looking for someone who; 

  • Has experience in managing teams and examples of taking people through promotions 

  • Has a proven billing track record in Technology Recruitment across Europe 

  • Has ambition to manage and build a practice 

  • Is credible and professional
