Managing Director of multi-site Recruitment Agency
Up to circa £150k basic + bonus + benefits

McCall is retained on an exclusive basis on this role. This well-known and well established multi-site national recruitment agency is looking for a new MD. The current incumbent is being promoted in to another role and hence the vacancy. The business is looking to expand quickly and you will be responsible to the whole of the UK and Ireland operation and have 5/6 direct reports. Over time you will have the opportunity to have responsibility for other countries as well. In order to be considered for this role you MUST:
Come from a recruitment agency background
Have held a senior management role at a sales or operations level within the agency
Be able to demonstrate multi-site management
Be able to travel as part of your role
Not be an ‘ivory tower’ Manager
Be able to develop a strategy and vision
