Are you an experienced internal recruiter or Resourcer looking for a new challenge or an experienced recruiter fed up of the sales and enjoy the candidate/resourcing and HR side of the business then this could be the role for you.
You will be responsible for the internal recruitment/candidate and talent attraction for this fast growing Scientific agency with offices in Herts and Cardiff. Working closely with the management team helping to attract the best talent in the market as well as developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications. Also, managing the internal and external recruitment process by preparing recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job boards as well as head-hunting to attract talent at all levels. The candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment process including on boarding and developing retention strategies and arranging interviews/diary management.
