The Role
We’re exclusively working with an agency looking to appoint a Delivery Consultant reporting to the Business Manager.
You will build rapport and develop relationships with hiring managers
You will resource candidates including advertising, search and selection, on boarding (interviewing) and initial quality checks
You will submit CVs
You will arrange interviews and receive feedback
You will maintain client and candidate aftercare
You will build a sufficient pipeline/ talent pool
