McCall has been retained by this American company that is looking to expand in to Europe. They focus on outsourcing and have a revenue in excess of $2bn - they are backed by a global PE firm – and are now looking to bring their offering over here. You can be based from London or Mainland Europe. For the Sales Director role you must have the following experience:
Come from a recruitment or outsourcing background
Have a track record of developing and leading the sales function for a company
Have experience of big ticket sales
Have experience of dealing with complex contract negotiations
Be used to dealing with legislation across different European countries
