To £30K + basic, high OTE
Experienced recruiters required for a boutique independent consultancy who are well known and established and have an excellent reputation and client base for you to build and develop on within a specialist thriving white collar industry in a fabulous location!
Recruitment knowledge/experience required within the temp/perm or contract market and you will ideally have full 360 recruitment experience.
Every consultant is a trusted advisor to their candidates and well established loyal client base, helping to deliver projects with the right skilled technical resources that they provide. It is important that any experienced sales consultant can demonstrate the sales lifecycle that they have been involved in, from resourcing through to delivery. ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Recruitment experience essential – specialist/white collar ideally
2. Strong sales/service skills and account management / delivery
3. Perm / Temp Experience within recruitment ideal
4. Full training in the sector provided, as this is a lucrative/exciting industry.
5. Proven sales background candidates considered for these roles if you have a stable outbound sales work background.
6. Passionate about recruitment, leadership skills for the team leader post ideally or a senior recruiter looking for the next step.
