ANY recruitment agency professional services or public sector background will be considered i.e. a sound transferrable skillset that will offer new ideas is the key for this appointment. Also, the ability to roll up sleeves is a must as is the necessity be a strong leader, but also an excellent listener with extensive recruitment industry knowledge, including within the areas of compliance.
