McCall has been retained to find multiple Heads/Directors;
If you know your discipline inside out and can hire, lead and motivate teams, grow and develop a strong business across multiple offices – then these could be really interesting roles. You will be working for a major global group, in ideally; Engineering/Power/Technical, or Life Science – but not exclusively restricted to those as others will be considered too. You will form part of a new and important management layer – also the SLT.
