McCall is retained on this very niche and exclusive role. Our client is an established recruiter within the Oil and Gas market and places IT candidates. The placements that are made are all contractors with the occasional temp to perm. They are looking for an experienced O&G recruiter who would like to specialise in this very buoyant market. You DO NOT need to understand the IT area as this knowledge can be taught to you. What is more important is that you are used to recruiting for the main Oil and Gas companies and understand their environments.
You will be fully supported by a Business Development team and your role is to find and place the candidates against the roles that the BD team win – i.e. this is mainly a 180 degree delivery role.
