As an experienced Construction recruitment consultant, you may be either running a White Collar Permanent or Blue Collar Temporaries desk, and placing candidates into any number of sectors and industries.
Through your provision of sound knowledge within the Construction sector, as a recruitment expert your diverse skill will contribute to the building, nurturing and managing of relationships with clients and candidates alike.
You'll be a great addition to these teams if you:
Come from a focused career in Construction recruitment
Have strong communication skills to develop business relationships, whilst delivering first class account management practices
Naturally possess the curiosity and drive to understand your client’s needs, anticipate their future needs, and thrive on identifying solutions
