This Business Development role focuses on building their recruitment brand within Life Sciences in the Benelux. The Role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and expand existing client partnerships as well as win new exclusive relationships.
The Business Development Executive will continuously target geographical locations where the market deems appropriate. (Benelux)
The role also consists of booking and attending meetings with prospective clients and contribute to building and evolving the marketing assets of the company as the business evolves.

Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns for winning new business
Requirements
Applicants MUST have a recruitment background/work in recruitment firms
Minimum 3/4 years business development experience with a proven track record of achievements
Good understanding of how to develop business leads from marketing activities - such as content campaigns and events
Experience working Benelux is ideal
