ROLE:
Our client is actively seeking an Account Executive to manage a large blue chip account
You will be responsible for supplying and managing a cross section of Industrial Temporary staff
Duties:
Relationship Development – with clients, candidates and suppliers
Advisor on internal recruitment process and ensuring process is met
Job spec analysis and advise
Candidate attraction – advertising, job centre, referrals, searching
Interviewing, registration, CV formatting and submission
Interview prep
Providing market information, recruitment advise
Further penetrate the account and other smaller accounts to gain maximum spend
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Experience recruitment consultant working within the industrial sector
2. Lots of initiative & proactive in generating candidates
3. Personality is important, work hard but have fun.
4. Professional & well presented
5. Commercial Recruitment Experience
