Due to increasing level of business flowing through the doors, my client is looking to add headcount to their Dublin office with a skilled and experienced Recruiter who has a proven, successful track record in proactive, sales driven IT RECRUITMENT.
This well established and thriving multi-national consultancy has bucked the trend of the last few years and continued to grow their international reach and need talented recruiters with an entrepreneurial flair, commercial awareness and strong business development skills to join the team.
The successful candidate will be empowered with autonomy to run their desk with full 360 responsibilities for servicing existing business as well as developing new business. You will utilise all your skills of sales, networking, candidate attraction & delivery.
You will be given all the tools you need to do your job including plenty of access to advertising. You will be well supported by a superb management team and offered excellent training and career progression.
