International company with an excellent brand and reputation is urgently looking to recruit a senior consultant for their Sydney office.
As a leading professional services recruitment specialist their TAX recruitment division has a strong foothold in Australia but with much of the recruitment fees on the Tax side coming from Sydney they need a skilled senior consultant (up to manager level) to further develop a HOT desk that has excellent potential.
You will be based in the heart of Sydney close to the Opera House working amongst a team of circa twenty senior fee earners who cover other specialist markets. You will be supported by a senior manager who has previous experience of the Tax market hence their willingness to x-train you.

1. As Tax recruitment is a niche sector, the company aren’t demanding Taxation Recruitment experience (although that would be fab) but you do have to have Finance or Professional Services Recruitment experience of at least 2 - 3 years.
2. Main requirements aside from solid recruitment experience as above is someone who is smart, professional, bright, commercially aware, energetic, and enthusiastic, adept at all aspects of proactive recruitment
3. You must be able to fit with both the company’s and Visa criteria if relocating (grad with min 2-3 years professional services recruitment or 5 years + if not a grad). This company will sponsor someone from the UK and transfer them across to Australia but you must be willing to be there for at least 2-3 years.
PACKAGE: Depending on skills and experience the company is open on basic salary with a suggestion of $70k to $100k + super + comm etc
