Accountancy Recruitment – Team Leader – Dubai

Description
A Senior Recruiter with at least 2 to 3 years localised UAE based Accountancy & Finance Recruitment experience (Permanent contingent recruitment) is required by a well established international consultancy for their DUBAI office.

Due to recent expansion in to the ‘Contingent Selection Recruitment market’ which includes not just Accounting & Finance but also Sales & Marketing, IT & Telco complementing its Retained Search function this company now need a proactive, experienced hands-on billing manager to oversee their Accounting & Finance recruitment division.

With the ability to leverage business from existing client relationships as well as through your own regional knowledge you will be tasked to take the division to the next level recruiting a team around you whilst remaining a hands-on to includes proactive sales & client development by being client facing billing manager who leads the team from the front.

Your stable career should show you have ideally progressed from being trained in one of the larger international agencies prior to moving in to the Middle East but now seek your next UAE Recruitment role in a more entrepreneurial, boutique style environment within which you can continue to develop your career with autonomy and responsibility.

Your daily function will be supported by Research and Admin teams in a role that sees you report to a coal-face MD who is hands-on in the development of the business, clients and staff and encourages everyone to get the best out of themselves with autonomy.

PACKAGE:
A monthly basic salary of circa 25k AED plus commission / bonus / bens that includes healthcare, annual flights etc (that’s circa £52k basic plus comm / bens inc. annual flights private healthcare etc)

PERSON SPEC: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO APPLY
1. MUST have a sales driven recruitment career behind you with at least 3 to 7+ years accounting / finance recruitment experience
2. The perfect scenario would be an industry qualified accountant who moved in to proactive recruitment at least 5 or 6 years ago and worked in a large professional UK (or of similar style) recruitment consultancy prior to relocating to work in the UAE’s accountancy recruitment market but now seek a dynamic company with flare
3. Must be a credible, articulate, well presented recruiter who can sit in front of CFO / CEO / COO level clients and candidates with gravitas
4. Stable career history with demonstrable billing record in your past and current Dubai based roles
5. Skilled as a team leader / DM in leading a team, mentoring & training whilst being hands-on
