A well established international Recruitment consultancy with a boutique feel is looking for a broad range of skilled, proactive, experienced recruitment personnel from the UK or local Singapore /HK recruitment markets.
CONSULTANTS:
A) Healthcare – to work the Clinical, R & D, S&M, Technical – Bio Medical Research etc – must have strong BD skills coupled with high level Healthcare recruitment experience
B) Banking Technology Recruiters
C) Oil & Gas / Energy - good business developers
D) Supply Chain & Procurement - a new market they want to develop in to
E) Commerce and Industry - such as Sales and Marketing, HR, Legal etc
F) Operations & Finance Mid to senior level Recruitment
AN EXPERIENCED HANDS-ON MANAGER from the Banking Technology vertical (UK or Singapore) is required to head up and develop a Banking Tech recruitment team. As a hands-on biller you will manage & grow a team. This is a well established business with Banking as a predominate market so lots of warm business from which you can leverage the growth and development of your team. You’ll focus on sales & client development, attend client meetings, generate quality new business and work to maintain existing clients for the long term. Working on mainly contingent business you will oversee the delivery of both contingent and exclusive mandates and personally work senior vacancies - you should be confident in working a project from start to finish attracting the best candidates from the global markets including the USA, UK & Asia.
PERSON SPEC / ABOUT YOU
1. You must be a polished, skillful 360 recruiters who enjoy sales & client interaction / delivery / account management
2. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Recruitment market you apply to work in
3. Self motivated, team orientated, proactive, ambitious, enthusiastic, intelligent & articulate, professionals, organised & enterprising, have initiative and creative skills to get the job done
4. Commercial / business minded, able to contribute to the business as part of the management / sales team
5. Initiative, inquisitive and honest enough to ask if you don’t know yet confident enough to seek the answer
6. Driven and career motivated, hungry to earn but not at the detriment of a professional service
7. A self starter with the personal drive to succeed as an individual as well part of a team
PACKAGE: Basic from circa £40k to £70k depending on the role & Level:
* Manager: a basic in Sing dollars around $8k to $12k pm – depends on exp & assistance with relocation
* Consultants basic circa €6k & $9k per month plus commission / benefits – depends on exp.
