Dubai based RECRUITMENT AGENCY covering the MEA region requires very experienced DUBAI based RECRUITERS and team leaders to develop their contract offering. Despising micro-management, the manager of this established recruitment agency does not want to have to baby-sit his Consultants ! !
This company is looking for highly driven, highly motivated experienced sales recruiters who can develop IT & Telco, Oil & Gas or Defence & Security markets. Using your proven recruitment skills gained from within the industry this company wants consultants who can 'plug & play' - hitting the ground running using your local MEA experience as a spring board to getting your divisions quickly in to profit.
These roles have the potential of becoming bigger as you will build a team around you once the market vertical is developed.
PERSON SPEC: MUST BE
1. Locally based in the UAE (not working in to the region from elsewhere)
2. A skilled traditional 360 Recruiter who can sell and deliver and continue to service and maintain your clients
3. Must understand the processes of visas etc as will need to advise your workforce.
4. Understand pricing of a project & understand regional differences in pricing due to e.g. Local taxes.
5. Bright, commercially aware
6. Demonstrable track record
7. Career stability
8. Car Driver (UK license will help)
9. Committed to the region and can see the benefits of the regions potential growth
PACKAGE: 15k AED pm to 25k AED per month + comm (that's around £31k to £50k basic) plus commission
