This company is an established boutique recruitment specialist that operates within the IT market across a variety of IT Perm and Contract vertical specialisms including Developers, Business Intelligence, Banking Technology, Architecture, Project Managers, Government & Executive etc.
Its style is a mix of mainly contingent recruitment with some retained business but behind what ever they do and where ever they operate is their commitment to offering a specialist quality driven service with a very personal service. Its recruiters operate without restrictive borders covering the whole of Australia and in to NZ as well as now expanding in to the growing markets of Singapore hence their need to add in fresh talent to aid their continued growth.

Required for this expansion are full 360 recruiters who can drive the business forward through proactive phone sales and meeting clients and candidates (where possible depending on location restrictions).
Operating in the mid to senior level markets with the average salary placed around $70k and upwards you will own your market space and be supported by a British ex-pat Director who like you saw the benefit of taking their skills in to the Asia-Pac region.

PERSON SPEC: WHAT MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR IS
1. Skilled, proactive Recruiters from within the IT Recruitment – this is a must
a. Settling in to a new country and learning a new sector is a tall order for anyone so MUST have IT recruitment experience
2. Ideally graduates with 3+ years stable recruitment experience
3. Ideally degree educated (as makes the visa process easier)
b. For a 457 VISA non-grads usually need to have circa 5 years recruitment experience but this company will consider less as long as you have solid B2B sales experience (2 years +) behind the recruitment piece
4. Lots of personal drive and determination and tons of get up and go
5. Committed to a long term move – this isn’t a holiday, it’s a life style change
6. Engaging personality, capable of capturing their audiences attention! ! and keeping it ! !
7. Recruiters with excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
8. Proven career and billing history

PACKAGE: A basic between $50 + $70k plus superannuation, plus commission + LAFHA, + healthcare (basic £30k to £40k pa + comm)
