Well established Dubai based recruitment consultancy seeks experienced, career stable recruiters who have specialised in supplying the Gulf region with Construction / Built Environment / Infrastructure markets with personnel.
Skilled client relationship developers who can work with client ownership covering a specialist vertical such as MEP, Development Directors, QS, PMs etc to complement the existing teams or add in new verticals within the Engineering and Construction market.

Open to developing new sectors, this company welcomes applications from consultants skilled in markets that aren’t currently covered such as Oil & Gas, Accounting, Banking and Finance – so if you relish the challenge of developing something from scratch (as don’t have a database for O&G / Finance people) and are prepared to work hard the rewards could be immense as you can progress in to developing a team around you.
PERSON SPEC:
1. Must have job stability within the recruitment industry (UAE or UK) – no job hoppers
2. Proactive recruiters who enjoy getting in front of clients, happy to do the research and competent at developing client relationships
3. Must have decent billing history – min 300 AED to 500k AED a quarter
4. Must be enthusiastic with high standards and not have a slap-dash approach
5. This company wants people who care about their job, their clients and personal reputation
PACKAGE:
A basic circa to 20k AED pm (£35k to £40k pa + com) plus commission ranging in 30% / 35% / 40% bracket plus bens
