You will currently be either in Healthcare recruitment or public sector recruitment and be looking to specialise in placing nurses temps. This is a warm desk where the relationships with the NHS are already strong but there is some business development to do on the private sector. This is a rare opportunity bearing in mind there are not many hot desks in the market.
