A well established Australian IT Recruitment agency based in the heart of Sydney's CBD is looking to the UK for skilled and experienced recruiters to join their team. Able to supply a 457 to experienced IT recruiters who can fulfil the visa requirements they have desks that need to be filled and where better to look than the UK market ! ! Formed nearly ten years ago and working purely in the IT & T arena this specialist consultancy has 3 openings
Desk 1) will be in the ERP, Business Intelligence and CRM space
Desk 2) is within the Development arena
Desk 3) covers the Infrastructure markets
THE ROLE
Within each practice you will specialise in a vertical within that space such as SAP. You will cover all aspects of a proactive recruiter's role from initial business development through to candidate attraction and close.
You will own your client and work on both Contract and Permanent assignment but the bias is definitely on Contract recruitment. You wont be limited to where you work as you will have the freedom to spread across Australia and New Zealand markets. You will be placing mid to senior level IT personnel - depending on your market focus these will range across the likes of Analyst Programmers, Business Analysts, Architects, Programme Managers, Systems Administrators, Security Analysts, IT Managers, Risk managers etc
The culture of the office is very adult like, its team orientated and not too serious, yes people want to make money but they recognise everyone's success with monthly, quarterly and annual events such as trips to the wine region of Hunter Valley and Hamilton Island or simply everyone goes for meal in the evening, catch a boat across the harbour and enjoy Sydney's brilliant and all year round night life.
PERSON SPEC:
1. Previous relevant experience in IT Recruitment is a MUST

PACKAGE: basic from $55k to $70k pa plus super (£30k to £38k basic + super + commission)
You will be remunerated well with a commission structure that allows you to earn from the first dollar.
VISA
You will need 5 years recruitment experience without a degree or 2 + years recruitment experience with a degree to gain your 457 visa.
