ARE YOU CONSIDERING RELOCATING BACK TO SA ! ? ! ? A fast growing recruitment consultancy based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced financial recruitment consultant to focus on the financial services markets.
Duties will include business development and account management as well as managing candidate relationships. This is a warm desk on which you will take over established relationships including leading Asset Management firms and will be able to pick & choose your clients plus have the added benefit of very limited market competition.
Depending on your profile, there is progression opportunities for you to take on a team-lead position and build your own financial recruitment team.
To be considered for this role . . . . . . . .
1. You will ideally be a South African national looking to return home having gained your experience in the UK/European financial recruitment market
2. Or alternatively a Recruiter with a strong network within the South African asset management / investment banking sectors.
3. Must have at least 2 years client facing experience within the financial recruitment industry.
4. Must have strong track record of client acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
5. Must have strong finance knowledge - good knowledge of the Asset Management industry would be a major advantage.
6. Have the potential to grow into a role / build & manage a team of finance recruitment consultants.
7. Good business knowledge (Investment Banking and/or Asset Management.)
PACKAGE:
The base salary for the role would be between 180k Rand and 240k Rand per annum and with an excellent commission scheme you can expect to earn circa 400k+ Rand in your first year.
