Superb international recruitment consultancy with a range of offices in Asia and Europe require a skilled recruiter to develop a Finance Ops division based within their Singapore office.
With warm business from which to leverage your start including clients that have already signed terms this company needs someone to come in and kick start the desk / division. In a full 360 fashion you'll develop, maintain and deliver to clients & over the coming 12 months establish a team around you as business levels progress. With staff share options and an established brand name already in the region this role has a success and high income potential written all over it.
PERSON SPEC:
To apply for this role you must be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader or even a divisional / branch Manager who is currently working in the Banking Ops space and able to develop business and build a team to deliver to clients.
Anyone working in Compliance / Risk / Finance Ops recruitment could be considered . . . . .
PACKAGE: Flexible - depends on what skills & experience you bring ! ! ! !
This company wants everyone to be high earners and they are hence why their work force is committed, long termers - they will pay an excellent basic, comm and bens plus shares dependent on the skills and experience of the job holder but to advertise this on here I have to state a salary so as a ball park figure lets say £30k to £45k / S$67,000 to S$101k per annum plus the above as mentioned) BUT APPLY AND SEE ! ! ! !
