A Senior Recruiter / Team Leader is required for an International Recruitment consultancy that specialises in a range of professional sectors including Banking Technology recruitment. This organisation needs an experienced hands-on manager from within the recruitment Industry (UK or Singapore) to head the Banking Tech recruitment team based in their superb Singapore offices.
As a hands-on biller you will manage a small team with the potential to grow it as business develops. This is a well established business with Banking a predominate market so lots of warm business from which you can leverage the growth and development of your team.
Alongside your team, you will focus on sales and client development, attend client meetings, generate quality new business and work to maintain existing clients for the long term. As a hands-on billing manager you will focus your personal billing contribution on filling Senior / Director level assignment and your team will work on roles VP and below. Working on mainly contingent business you will oversee the delivery of both contingent and exclusive (as opposed to retained) mandates and therefore this company would expect you to understand how a ‘Search’ function’ operates so as to be able to manage the whole process of fulfillment - you should be confident in working a project from start to finish attracting the best candidates from the global markets including the USA, UK & Asia.
You will be supported by a hands-on Director who bills in his own market specialism as well as oversees the whole operation so understands fully the ups and downs of recruitment, in fact all the senior board still keep a hand in being client facing hence why their clients are loyal as service levels are high. Culturally this business is open and communicative with approachable management who encourage staff input.
PERSON SPEC / ABOUT YOU
1. You must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Banking Technology Recruitment (not a banker or IT cons but a Recruiter)
2. A polished, skillful 360 recruiter who enjoy sales & client interaction / delivery / account management
3. Possess motivational team leadership skills and a want to see people below you succeed
4. Have the trait that if don’t know something be honest to say so yet confident enough to see the answer
5. Commercial / business minded, able to contribute to the business as part of the management team
6. Soft skills are just as important – Ambitious enthusiastic, intelligent & articulate, professional, organised & enterprising, have initiative and creative skills to get the job done
7. Driven and career motivated and hungry to earn but not at the detriment of a professional service
8. A self starter with the personal drive to succeed as an individual as well as a team
PACKAGE:
A basic in Sing dollars of circa €7k & $12k per month plus commission / bonus / benefits – depends on exp.
In Sterling that’s a basic of £38k to £64k per annum plus the usual team override, comm etc ! ! !
