Professional recruitment operation with an international reach requires skilled industry experienced senior recruiters for their Shanghai office to develop either Finance / Accounting or Hospitality markets. With existing clients to tap in to, you will have an immediate warm start to your desk that should reap a quick success.
Working across greater and mainland China regions but with a focus on the local market you will be involved in an all round 360 role incorporating sales, service and delivery. Working mainly in a contingent fashion circa 60% of the time you will also cover assignments with Search methodologies with the support of a resource team.
You will have the use of a fully automated database with full access to solid client and candidate information so must be adept at using a fairly paper-free computerised system.
Despite being an international company, this office has the feel and approach of a localised, boutique style business offering a personal service with high standards. The culture will suit someone who wants to work in an emerging market within an entrepreneurial company.
PERSON SPEC: THE ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Ideally you will already be local to the region or have solid reasons why you want to relocate to China
2. You must have a genuine interest or experience in Accounting or Hospitality Recruitment
3. A self starter with a high level of self motivations and initiative.
4. Success driven consultants who thrive on beating targets
PACKAGE:
A basic salary of up to circa £37k (that’s circa 401948 RNB) + additional benefits, commission and bonus
