HR Recruiters with European experience are required for an international company that operates across various international locations including Central and Eastern Europe. With offices in The Far East & Australasia as well as the Middle East & Europe, this highly professional Recruitment organisation needs high calibre, experienced Recruiters to add to their existing European HR Recruitment team based out of London.

Working as part of a multi-cultural HR Recruitment team, additional European language skills aren’t critical but would be welcomed. What you must have is an International out look and a proactive approach to work with the ability to develop HR clients and HR candidates within Europe.

You will be generally recruiting global HR Personnel who want to be based in international locations, from Moscow to Budapest, Dubai to Paris within the €80k to €200k range.

Ideally, you will already be working within the HR recruitment market but the company is flexible to consider skilled recruiters from other professional sectors such as Finance & Accounting.

A polished , professional with good business development skills is essential. You must be able to develop strong, long lasting client relationship and prepared to travel to meet clients and candidates.

PERSON SPEC:
1. Experienced Recruiters from within the Professional Services sectors.
2. Commercially orientated with strong communication skills – both written & verbal
3. Professionals with a high level of personal presentation skills
4. Intelligent with a good level of education
5. Well spoken & articulate
6. Stable career history
7. Relationship driven, able to build and keep clients long term
8. Must be quality focused and not someone who cut corners - must look at the long term
9. Must be able to take responsibility and be accountable for your own actions.

PACKAGE: Depending on skills and experience a basic between £25 & £45k (poss £50k for spot on calibre ) plus commission and bonus with an OTE of circa £75k to £150k
