A skilled senior recruiter / manager from within London’s Financial IT Recruitment market is required to head a division within the Singapore office of an international consultancy. This company wants to import the proactive attitude and experience of Team Leader / Manager to develop a Financial IT division. You will take charge of an existing teams and clients, take it, lead it grow it!!
In the initial stages this will be a delivery and leadership role and as the team and business rapidly grows you will focus more on the delivery of senior roles as well as client engagement / development. The aim will be to get the team from 5 to 12 to 15 people with team leaders heading specialist sectors so you then becomes more management focused with client facing and far less delivery.
PERSON SPEC: THE ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Must be working within Finance Technology (not general IT)
2. You must be a good man-manager skilled in leading at least 4 or 5 recruiters and passionate about your own career development
3. NOT a wide boy – professional, cultured and polished recruiter who is serious about their career
4. Minimal 5 years experience
5. Ideally a diploma or grad but experience is more essential
6. Long term commitment to their career – a real opportunity to put a rocket under their career – stay in Singapore not see it as a 18 month holiday
PACKAGE:
Basic circa £50k plus possible guarantee plus management override + personal comm, private health
