Role:
The role is to take over a very WARM temp desk. There are some big accounts with large corporate clients that need servicing but part of your role will be to develop the desk further by obtaining temporary bookings and place suitably matched candidates into temp assignments in an efficient and professional manner within the commercial sector. To interview and assess candidates and discuss suitable vacancies with local employers
Match and short list candidates for live vacancies, Telephone clients regarding suitable candidates, liaise between clients and candidates to arrange interviews and follow up’s. Prepare candidates for interviews, telephone existing clients to ensure that all vacancies are up to date. Visit clients to obtain new business as well as service visits. Be involved in client and candidate marketing
Experience:
1. A resilient, tenacious team worker.
2. Must have at least 6 months to 1 years within the recruitment industry
3. Must be able to build long term relationships – people buy people.
4. Proactive
5. Honest, professional, hardworking and conscientious
6. Willing to put the effort in
7. Wanting to earn well
