A Specialist consultancy with a well known brand name are launching a new Executive division dealing with senior level placements of £60k+ across various sectors including accountancy, IT, Sales & Marketing etc
You must be focused on providing the highest quality of services to both your clients and candidates and be able to work without the need of micro-management. This company has very high standards and only want to work with the best in the industry to keep them on top of the competition. In return they offer you the opportunity to work at the highest level with some autonomy and flexibility of part-time hours, flexible working hours etc
If you are an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of success and could thrive in this demanding environment then this role could be for you!
Experience in retained search would be an advantage but they will also look at high quality, professional recruiters who have worked at senior level and ideally come from a high end player within contingent recruitment – but you’ll need to step back and learn the search retained function before moving into a full consultants role.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE
Must be of graduate calibre & preferably have qualified in your chosen sector
Hard-working, diligent professionals who enjoy retained / search & selection and deliver
Must be articulate individuals who can communicate at all levels & through all media – written and verbal, able to prepare tenders & presentations to win retained assignments.
High standards, gravitas and credibility – must be able to liaise with senior level clients and candidates
Self motivated and able to work without being micro-managed
