My client is a leading education recruitment consultancy with offices throughout the UK and worldwide. They are specialists in providing qualified teachers and school support staff in primary, secondary and special schools and also nurseries.
Role:
This company seek proactive RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS who will develop & maintain a client base through generation of new and existing schools. The consultant will be responsible for all recruitment related activity.
Duties:
• To obtain vacancies and place suitably matched candidates into vacancies in an efficient and professional manner within the education sector
• To interview and assess candidates and discuss suitable vacancies with local schools
• Match and short list candidates for live vacancies
• Telephone clients regarding suitable candidates
• Liaise between clients and candidates to arrange interviews and follow up’s
• Prepare candidates for interviews
• Telephone existing clients to ensure that all vacancies are up to date
• Visit clients to obtain new business as well as service visits
• Be involved in client and candidate marketing
• Referencing and compliance
Attributes, Experience & Skills:
• Recruitment experience is a must ideally within education recruitment, however will look at experience Temps consultants from other sectors of recruitment
• Professional, polished & well presented
• Sales driven and self motivated
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time management
