HR & Marketing recruitment has recently been added to this groups UAE offering. Already present within the UK, Far East & Australian regions, this company has bolstered their established Dubai office with an industry experienced manager to head its growth and now require experienced consultants
Operating predominately from a contingent platform (with a search & selection offering), there is much business to be leveraged from existing relationships already worked by other parts of the group.
YOUR DUTIES will encompass all aspects of a full 360 role. You will be expected to capitalise on the growing market and develop new and existing business within the legal, property or financial services arena by telephone or face to face meetings. You will be able to maximise on business by working across the region including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Qatar. You will recruit all levels of Marketing or HR professionals from Assistant to Director level (focusing on the senior level) & be involved in all aspects of sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through to closing business. Your role will necessitate that you are able to deal with blue chip organisations and capable of negotiating with senior level contacts on fees and PSLs.
Person Specification
1.Ideally you will be a Graduate with at least 2 years recruitment experience coupled with a successful track record & a stable career history
2.Ideally experience of one or more of the relevant sectors (Marketing/HR or Financial/Legal services)
3.Your positive traits should include loyalty, honesty & team orientated as well as self-motivated, consistent and tenacious coupled with a mature & positive attitude.
4.Importantly, you must be a genuinely nice person who is down to earth and well balanced.
5.Its important to be hungry for success and money but NOT at the expense of the team spirit
6.You must enjoy all aspects of the role and not be afraid of new business development
7.You must take a consultative approach to your work (not a deal at any cost) and want to add value to a business.
8.Ability to demonstrate high levels of candidate and client care and a real desire to deliver quality driven service
9.You must have attention to detail, a sense of urgency and self motivation, enjoy selling and have a strong commercial understanding
10.You must be credible, with gravitas and presence able to sit in from of senior clients and candidates and able to converse with all levels on both a personal and business level
11.You must have a long term objective want to stay for the long-run and be part of a growing business
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
This role is for experienced recruiters who are skilled in HR or Marketing recruitment & know the cycle & skills needed to be successful and therefore dont need to spend hours in a classroom.
Once employed, you will only have to look around you for support, as a business there is heaps of talent from which to pool information and ideas. The manager has past experience of growing businesses from scratch and the other consultants have no less than 6 to 10 years in the recruitment industry so if its Industry knowledge or to understand processes simply ask the question.
PACKAGE
Realistically, people with the right level of experience will be on / looking for £25 to £30k basic
Also comm / bens package, relocation etc.
