RECRUITMENT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT – DUBAI
Description
This role will put you very much in the spotlight. It’s a frontier position for an entrepreneurial manager who is hungry to make something their own. My client is a large international organisation which has fixed plans in place to establish a new office in Dubai which is set to open in June 2008.
With a team of consultants ready to relocate, this company needs a solid manager to lead them. Specialising in the supply of white collar personnel into the construction industry, you will ensure the business is able to operate in both a contingent and search mode ideally targeting senior level business.
You will undertake a full role that incorporates a range of duties relating to running a business including full P&L control (with heavy investment in this start-up its vitally important you can deliver a budget). You will also have responsibility for staff management / training, contract negotiation, health & safety, as well as being client facing. This isn’t a role for shrinking violets – you must be able to manage high performers as well as manage up and down a chain of command.
PERSON SPEC
1.Senior Recruitment experience is a must as is staff & business management
2.Ideally you will come from a construction recruitment background but its not essential as long as you have a keen interest in that market.
3.This company wants to ensure that their new venture is in safe hands and therefore want a manager who has demonstrable experience of running an office with full P&L control.
4.Able to work remotely with autonomy.
5.Must have a high level of intellect and gravitas
6.Preferably you will have worked for a large /international corporate and understand how this style of organisation works.
PACKAGE:- basic to circa £70k + share options, bonus, relocation etc
