RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – IT & TELCO RECRUITMENT – DUBAI

Description
Established in 2004 & specialising in the placement of IT and TELCO professionals within an area where IT & Telco is booming. Working to best practice with the importance placed on high standards, this company achieves its aims of being known as a supplier & employer of choice. As an IT / TELCO focused supplier there is few who compete with them and they will dominate the market with their growth.

This company already has an excellent presence within the local market supplying GCC countries with PERMANENT professional IT staff in the Finance, Banking, Sales & Marketing, Networking, ERP specialisms as well as TELCO on the Technical side and into re-sellers and retail but not support functions.

They are also looking to develop a CONTRACT Division that will work across all above mentioned verticals. Contract Managers looking to set up a new division can apply if this is something you have experience of. Also consultants keen on working in a new niche market.

Experienced, sales driven recruiters who can come in and help shape a company are needed. Recruiters who can develop with the company injecting ideas and drive business growth within Perm and Contract arena.

PROGRESSION
With a flat structure but planed growth designed around organic means they predict an excellent future for all. They want staff who can shape a company not be shaped by it. Progression will become more transparent as the company grows but having doubled in size over the past year and still with additional growth mapped into the Far East and Australia over 2008 / 2009 the opportunities look great.

YOUR ROLE will be to interface with clients & candidates and offer a quality of service and high standard
They do NOT operate with candidate ownership as responsibility is to place that candidate and not encourage top drawing nor do they don’t compromise quality and speed of service with complete client ownership as all work their own verticals – although there may be some accounts that will have a single point of contact
KPIs are not heavily observed as you will be encouraged to work autonomously with a focus on revenue targets based on business plan of each individual
Your day to day duties will be business development, attend 3-6 client meetings a week, resource candidates through a variety of medias including UK and regional jobsites & cultivate a pool of candidates, database search followed through with the interview process right through to close.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Experienced Recruiters with at least 2 years recruitment / IT recruitment experience is a must (that doesn’t mean HR)
1.Able to understand & adapt to a Middle Eastern culture

4.Not a database recruiter - believes in face-to-face, believe in a thorough process
5.Able to qualify a client properly, able to pre-screen
6.Able to recognise that branding and quality is important
7.With an emphasis given on managing relationship must be able to maintain clients
8.Graduate calibre
9.Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
10.Excellent presentation skills - presentable and professional turned out
11.2nd language is not required but Arabic would be great

Training:
After induction which is tailored towards previous experience you will have ad-hoc training and support. You will be surrounded by industry proven personal as well as those skilled in the region so answers or guidance is never far.

PACKAGE
Depending on exp. £25k to £30k+ as a basic + commission based on a sliding scale + medical cover, annual flights home (and flight over to commence employment). There can also be a provision for initial accommodation upon arrival to help you settle in for a few weeks before you find your own place. Visa process paid for, possible cover for shipping your goods over, 30 days annual leave plus local religious & Xmas
