In 2006 McCall established its International division supplying recruitment personnel initially to the growing Middle Eastern markets but as time progressed the coverage expanded to a wider geographic territory with placements successfully transacted in Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Switzerland and the USA as well as a continued commitment to its foundation markets in the MEA region with a focus on Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar.

Initially McCall specialised in placing home grown UK talent who wanted to relocate their skills abroad, now McCall’s International candidates are as far flung as its clients with candidates coming out of many locations to include Australia, Japan, Europe, Hong Kong & South Africa as well as the UK which always proves to be the most popular ground to find skilled recruitment talent.

Professional services recruitment is the main focus for McCall international across all industry verticals to include Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Construction, Engineering, IT & Financial Technology, Telco, Legal, HR, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain / FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare and Search practices. Working with high standards and strong values and confidentiality assured, McCall International places candidates at all levels from Researcher & Consultant through to Country Managers, Senior Director & board level personnel.

To capitalise on its success McCall International established two international offices in 2011, the first being Singapore which opened in January 2011 followed closely by Sydney, Australia. Singapore covers all of the SEA and FE regions and Sydney focuses on the Australia and New Zealand regions.
